Any suggestions for an evening dinner at Epcot for myself (vegan) and rest of family (not vegan). I'm hoping for more than just a salad for dinner!

I think your best bet for more than a salad would be Tokyo Dining, the sushi restaurant in Japan. They have veggie tempura, edamame, and perhaps they could make you some veggie sushi rolls.

The only other thing I can come up with for a vegan at Epcot isn't a TS. Tangierine Cafe is the Morocco CS and they have falafel, couscous, tabbouleh, hummus, etc.

Wow! Thanks for the quick reply. Tokyo Dining sounds perfect for dinner and perhaps Tangerine Cafe for lunch.
Cheers!

Tokyo was able to provide some really delicious food for me when I went last year. I've heard that Tangierine Cafe is great for Vegans as well, although I would definitely steer you away from Marrakesh! Surprisingly, Les Chefs de France catered really well, making a Ratatouille for me that was completely vegan! Other than that, Sunshine Seasons will always have something for you!

If you call ahead (not sure how many days) at places you have reservations, many TS restaurants will provide vegan options for you that are not on the regular menu.
