I have never taken a Disney cruise and would like to. I have ressies for CBR in Nov. and now that it will be closed and I don't want to stay at any other Moderate resort I was thinking of staying at a Value and putting the extra money towards a cruise. So what i'm wondering if there are any good deals out there? I am new to this Forum (as I have never crusied before). I don't know if there are cruise codes like there are resort codes? Any help would be greatly app. Thank you in advance!

Hi milmore104! There are currently no cruise codes except for Florida resident rates. The least expensive time to sail is September through mid-December, excluding holidays. The best savings come with booking as early as you can, as the price on a sailing increases as they cruise ship fills up.

Hope that helps! :)

;) We booked about 1 year out for our 7 day cruise for this Feb and got a great rate for the 3 of us Cat 9 oceanview room. My Aunt and Uncle and DS decided they wanted to Join us and tried to book the same exact thing last month and the price had gone up $1000 from what we are paying. So they booked a 4 day in Nov and ended up getting a pretty good rate. You could also try for one of those secret port hole rooms and pay a Cat 10 rate and get a free porthole window. I just helped my Cousin and her family book room 5020 on the land and sea package for the week after Thanksgiving 2003. There is 4 of them and the cost was only $3000 and that included everything except Air and Ins which they can get later. Disney sure is funny about the pricing though. It seem like the rates change all the time!!! Hard to keep up. Just do lots of checking first. I went to a local Cruise Agency here in St.louis that had a Disney cruise night. It was fun and the rep was full of info. I ended up getting a rate of $2388 for the 3 of us and an onboard credit. Good luck!!!!

We booked 2 connecting cat 10 cabins about 11 months out for May 2003. There are 5 of us. Our rate was $2261 for the 3 people cabin. If I had gone thru Costco, I could've saved about 10% from the DCL price. But, I had to go thru MBNA Travel because of my accrued cruise points with them.
