Just returned from Barbados with family. We had a night flight return and out of all the seats our TV's were the only 3 not working. Virgin again proved to me why they are number 1. We were given portable DVD players and a selection of films and each of us were compensated £25.00 for the inconvenience. Being a night flight meant we slept for a good part of the trip home. I am looking forward to our next trip and if we have a night flight can only hope the same thing happens! Well done Virgin!
