good deal or not?

Sounds pricey to me for such low season. I take it thats flying scheduled direct with Virgin or BA?? Which hotel?

£550 each for Jan, staying on I-Drive doesnt sound like a bargain, but OK I guess for Scheduled flights and a GOOD hotel.

You can probably do tons better using a charter. I wouldnt pay more than £400 each and that would have to be a good hotel!! Personally speaking, Id still shop around a bit more. At that time of year, there are bargains aplenty to be had.

we have booked the hoilday just paid the deposit but think off not going now as dont think can afford it but the deal was flying with my travel cant remeber name of where we where staying

staying at ramda resort on international drive but think its just changed its name

So what do you all think? was it a good deal or not?
also who is normaly best to book a holiday with?

If you are happy with a charter flight, call Travel City. They will blitz that price...I would guess they would do a similar deal for around £700. Check Teletext as well....there are hundreds of cheap packages. If it was me, I would leave it till about a month to go...its so off peak, that you are almost guaranteed to snap up one of the £139 fly drives. Hotels can be booked from $30 per room per night.

I think it depends on whether you really want to know you have a holiday booked up at a reasonable price, or whether you're prepared to lose this one (and the deposit?) in the hope of getting a better deal and potentially a great price.

If you stick with this booking, will you always be wondering whether you could have found something better value out there if you'd carried on looking?

If you cancel this booking, will you be prepared to sit tight until much nearer the time, and then hope to snap up a late deal? Or you could try shopping around now and try to find something cheaper but not as good a price as a late deal could be. If you stand to lose your deposit by cancelling, you'd have to factor this into the ultimate costs of whatever replacement deal you can find.

If you're reasonably happy with the booking you have, and you can afford the price ......... no-one can really decide but you! :)

(Sorry, I haven't been much help, have I?)
