Good counter service breakfast

I'm wondering what people would recommend for good counter service breakfast in the parks. We are going to be at the Poly March 15-24 and plan on using Captain Cook's for breakfast once or twice but would like some variety.

We like to have a hearty breakfast, a light lunch or snack, then a nice sit down dinner.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated!

Inside Epcot, your only option is Sunshine Seasons - there is no other CS that serves breakfast inside the park.

Capt Cooks has really great pastries and a new breakfast mini sandwiches that are exactly like Egg McMuffins...DH loved them! I could probably eat breakfast there every day and fin something different to enjoy.

Main Street Bakery has the most incredible ham egg cheese croissant sandwiches and cinnamon buns

Roaring Forks at the WL has to die for pecan cinnamon buns but I dont know if I would go out of my way for them.

Nothing really wows me at the parks besides MK....
