Good contract price

Hello,

We are looking to potentially buy a subsidized Aulani contract 200 points. Our broker told us there is one available and we could likely get it for 90 pp. we would be responsible for closing costs and this years dues. Does anyone know if that is a good price? Also, our broker was pushing us a bit towards a SSR contract due to better value and has told us that Aulani contracts keep dropping in price making it a less than favourable investment. We travel to Hawaii ever 2 years and would look at using any additional points at WDW. Any thoughts are appreciated. Thanks!

You should go over to the DVC buying/selling forum and look at the long thread that lists all of the contracts that have been purchased. This will give you a good idea of price range. We are currently closing on a 160pt Aulani that we got for $89 with seller paying closing costs.
