My wife and I just added an extra night onto our trip. Couldn't extend our free dining so this will be out of pocket. Looking for a good breakfast (brunch) buffet for sunday morning if we can still get an ADR (Sept. 16th).

It's just the two of us so we really don't care if its a character breakfast or not. We're looking for a good selection of top notch foods that go beyond the basic breakfast items.

So whats the best bang for the $'s in terms of food (as opposed to paying for characters, show etc.) ?

How about Fresh, breakfast and cavery for about $17

I'm used to going to a nice brunch at local resorts here. While they do have the staple breakfast items, eggs, fruit, bacon, breads etc., they also have carved meats, shrimp, crab, salmon, and many unique dishes.

So far all of the breakfast buffet menus I've seen on line just list the typical staple breakfast items. Even the more expensive ones. I assume thats because you're really paying for the Characters etc. Or else the online menus really don't give a good picture of what they have.

Freash in the SWOLPHIN is very good, and reasonable

Also Trails End Bufet @ The Fort Wilderness is suppose to be a good bang for your buck.
