Hello there,

I'm a first timer here at this boards. So far I love it!!! So much information!!!
I'm currently planning a visit to WDW in May and I was looking for a good, complete breakfast buffet inside the World for my Epcot day. Of course, a characrter dining would be a plus, but it's not required. I was thinking maybe Chef Mickey's or maybe Crystal Palace, but I'm still not sure as these are either in the Magic Kingdom, or closer to MK. Any other good alternatives I may have closer to, or inside Epcot? Or maybe should I save the buffet for my MK day?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Cape May at the BC is good if you want a character buffet. Yacht Club Gallery if you want a non-character buffet. Fresh in Dolphin has an excellent non character bufffer.

Take a bus to MGM then walk (or take the boat).

What about the Princess Storybook Dining? I've heard it's great! As a matter of fact, we have PS's for our Epcot dinner there! :)

Good luck!

Depending when in May you are going, the Garden Grill in The Land Pavilion at Epcot should be open. The breakfast is not a buffet, but it is all you can eat with a fixed menu and characters. This is a rotating restaurant and you can see some of the inside attractions while eating.

Although the rest of The Land will be open, unfortunately they just announced the Garden Grill won't be reopening until June at least. :(

A bit sad about it since I really wanted to go on my May trip!

Oh well, I've written it down for next time. ;)

It's not where you want, but I think Boma has the best breakfast buffet of all!

A second vote here for the Yacht Club Galley buffet. That's where I'm taking Mom for Mother's day before we hit Epcot.

Two buffet's that I like is a non-character one at the Dolphin called Fresh and a character buffet breakfast at the GF named 1900 Park Fare.

We love 1900 Park Fare and the Cape May Cafe's breakfast. Both are character meals, and both are very good.

Close to Epcot at the Boardwalk is Spoodles. Thy have a wonderful breakfast all you can eat platter. The french toast is just great! We perfer it to a buffet as the food is usually hotter and fresher.

This Aug DS13 & I are planning breakfasts at:

Chef Mickey's
Whispering Canyon
Kona
Crystal Palace
Donald's
Cape May
Yacht Galley
Spoodles

Crystal Palace (Pooh & friends) gets my vote..that is a "must do" for us every trip!

I also thought about the Garden Grill as someone suggested, but it may not be open, and in Disneyworld.com, it says that they only offer lunch and dinner.

There are so many good suggestions. I'll have to check them out too!

Thanks!!!!

1900 Park Faire was absolutely delicious when we went earlier this month. Great fresh fruit, excellent breakfast potatoes...we went at 9:40, and the food still seemed very fresh - not like it had been sitting around for a while. Yum! Will go again if I can! :flower:
