Good Backpack??

Could someone let me know of a good backpack for our upcoming trip?
Our kids will still be 3 and 4 when we go so we will not need any diaper, bottle room. Any good ideas? Any good backpacks that dont kill your back or shoulders (I had rotator cuff surgery last year and I would like to prevent and further pain ) ?

Can you give a rough list of how much junk you need to carry?

I have a LE Diaper Backpack that I'll carry next time even though DD2 is out of diapers. It has a lot of compartments, is a good size, and can hang easily on the stroller. I'll take out the changing pad for our next trip. Which brings me to another thought - if you have a stroller, just about any bag will do. It doesn't have to be extremely comfortable because it spends most of the time on the stroller. We carried 2 bags - I carried a small personal bag (Overland Equipment Placer) with valuables on my person and the backpack stayed on the stroller (carrying non valuables).

So, I guess the questions is - will you have the stroller-as-packhorse or wil. the backpack be carried the entire time by you or DH?

We will need to take daily snacks, sun screen, camera and a few extra clothes (just in case)
DH will be carrying it the whole time (Course he doesn't know that yet )
We will not have a stroller.

Just bought this one. It has a compartment on the bottom to keep ponchos or other wet things. I love it. This will be my 2nd trip with this bag and I usually pack some ice in it to keep my back and water cold.
