Good Anniversary Surprise for DH?

I am looking for suggestions for a surprise for my DH for our anniversary. We will be celebrating in November and will be staying at the CR which is where we stayed for our honeymoon. Any good ideas? I was thinking an Illuminations Cruise.

For a nice surprise, arrange a PS at the Garden Grill in EPCOT and ask to do the Rehitchin' Ceremony. It's a cute ceremony done by the CM/server at the end of your meal. You stand together and repeat your "I do's" again, then you kiss to the count of 100. Don't worry, they count from 1 - 10 by 1's then 10 to 100 by 10's. After that, you get a nice cake for dessert (free!) and a certificate of the magical moment. It's a lot of fun when others get involved, so bring a camera and have a blast!
