gonna need some help

ok me my dh and my dd5 just took our 1st disney vacation in may we loved it.
and we are going back in april 2007.which I am excieted about we all are but it is going to be alot of us going this time there will be:
me 34
dh 38
dd 5
we will be staying for 9 days
dd 20
dbf 21
baby 7 months
staying for 5 days
SIL 29
BIL 35
Niece 15
niece 11
niece 8
niece 5
staying for 4 days

they have left all planning to me I am so lost as to were to start at for this many people I had a hard time doing it for the three of us and now there are 12 where do I start.
we stayed at pop last time and wanted to stay there again.I know we will need atleast 3 rooms if not 4 I need to try and do this as cheap as possible due to BIL & SIL dont have alot of money as suggestion????

Very unique situation - everyone staying different timeframes. If it were me, I would first secure your accommodations. Especially since you'll be there the longest.
I would also look in Magical Gatherings. You can request a Magical Gathering DVD video thru the WDW web site.

we all will be arriving at the same time but leaving at different times. we will all be driving down together.
