We have been gone all weekend but here is a pic from where we are. the net is slow here so I will catch up with the board later this week and try to post some more pic's. This is our favorite campground in Tx. We get to float the river and drive our cart around.

I now have friends that take thier kids down there for a weekend get aways...I'll share this campground info with them.
)
There are so many tubing companies etc down there. The area is half way between Austin and San Antonio, so lots of college kids and families floating on tubes.
) To rent a tube from the people we did you had to be at least 7. But you can still play in the river in front of the campgrounds if you bring your own raft or tube you can float the section of the river that goes around the campgrounds it takes about 40 min. to float that section. My 3 year old nephew played in the river there all day and loved it. Just a couple miles from there is the comel river that all ages can float. There are a lot of options for floating the river around there. Hope this helps. If yall do go go eat at the Gristmill in Gruene Tx. The food is great and it is actually the restaurant that should be in FW themed perfectly. Have a good time.
