We are going to WDW in May with DD's, DH, myself and my mom. We will be there on Mother's day and i have arranged special things for all the girls to do, but my DH may feel left out so I would like to surprise my DH with a t-time at one of the golf courses. I know nothing about golf, my DH hates when i say that because he works for Titleist.
I need some help with this. I wasn't sure if he needed to bring his own clubs, balls, etc? I can sneak golf shoes and clothes in the suitcase. Can you rent them. About how much will it cost? Does anyone have a preference of which course? I am hoping that there are some golfers out there that can help me out please!!!! I really want to make this trip special for him! Thank you so much!
Kris

Hey, on the offical DW site, there is this link for the golf courses. I found a "Lessons and Rentals" link which offered Titleist clubs for $55 and shoes for $7, plus balls, pull cart, etc.

Here's a link for the rates.

Edited to add:
As for which course to play - My DH has played Osprey Ridge and liked that one the most, 'though he played it for work and the cost didn't come out of HIS pocket... He ranked the ones he liked in this order: Osprey Ridge, Eagle Pine, and then Palm. He said "but the first two are tougher courses" - then I told him that your DH works for Titleist, and he said "they should be no problem, then!!" (Then he said, "see if he can get me some demo clubs - I'm right handed", but you can ignore that) ;)

Thanks so much for the info. I will check those sites! BTW, how did your DH play it for work? Maybe mine could too if he said that he would try it out for the company. Although i don't think they will take him up on it. I'll pass the word to him about the clubs!! You never know! lol!!
I appreciate your help!! Thanks again!!
Kris

Kris - he's a salesman, and they often will take customers golfing (then get reimbursed by the company). I think he was at WDW for a conference or something.

You should keep it a surprise, I think. Good luck!

(If you ever come to PA, PM me - maybe my DH and your DH could play a round 'round here!) My DH is a golf nut too!

Thanks! If your DH is ever up in the Boston area give us a shout. My DH loves to golf any chance he can get!
