Golf in November

Tomorrow is the first day I can book a tee time for DH to play golf. We are thinking of going to a water park for a couple of hours in the morning, and then he'd go golfing in the afternoon. Can 18 holes be finished before it gets too dark? It'll be late November (the 28th).

I see that starting after 2PM the prices are lower, but the fine print says
***Twilight rates begin at 3:00 PM from Sept. 30 - Oct. 20, 2005 and at 2:00 PM from Oct. 21, 2005 - Jan. 20, 2006 and are per person for greens fees and use of electric cart/pre-round practice balls are NOT INCLUDED.

I'm guessing the electric cart is included in the discounted price but not pre-round practice balls? (What are pre-round practice balls anyway?!?!?)

I'm guessing if you don't use pre-round balls, maybe you're young! That's cuz my DH needs to warm up at the practice green or driving range. If he doesn't, his 54 yo body muscles protest pretty quickly. So those balls are for pre-round practicing, something some of us really have to do, the older the more important it is! Maybe it's because they know DH needs to warm up, but he always gets pre-round practice balls free even when he plays twilight golf! He's playing in November, too, and you can probably finish a round in 3 1/2 to 4 hours, so before dark if you get a tee time shortly after 2:00 (when it was 3:00, DH was able to get the Twillight Rate right AT 3:00). There are Marshalls on the courses who keep play going pretty well.
