Golf Discount??

Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem? I booked a golf lesson for my 11 year old son on our trip last week. In our portable perks book there is a discount (20% I believe) for golf lessons. When we went for the lesson I told the gentleman there that I had my DVC card to show him for my discount and he responded "This is already the discounted price". Well, every where I have looked, including online and the brochure in the pro-shop where I paid, it listed Junior lessons at $50.00. I paid $50.00. Am I missing something here? Was it maybe because it was a junior lesson? Just like to know for future reference, DS had a great time and would love to do it again, but I would like to get the discount if we are eligible.
