Golf club rental @ SSR

We're heading to WDW in June staying @ SSR, DH & DS want to play golf while there. Has anyone ever rented clubs there? We're driving and don't have room for them. DH is really hesitant about renting but that's our only option.

They rent Taylormade clubs. On the web site they have the price at $50. I have never rented but they are nice clubs.

Summer has the lowest rates and with DVC discount you are likely looking at paying only about $60 a round per player (after taxes) and that includes early morning times before it gets too hot. You can make tee times up to 90 days in advance by calling 407-WDW-GOLF. You can usually get tee times easily by calling only a month in advance but weekend times, especially early morning times in the summer, can fill further out than that. Also, if the perk is still continuing then, you can rent clubs for $20 a round by showing DVC member card (for member and up to three guests). Clubs are top of the line Taylor Made
