You need to bring your own ramps. There was a previous post on this board about a few places you can back up to 'unofficially' to get unloaded like ditches or hills off the road. Some of them sounded a bit off limits but folks have reported using them. Try a search for unloading or cart.
They do not supply ramps. Once you're past the outpost bus stop there is an entrance to the maintenance shop. If you turn right and look over to your left there is a good size mound you can back up to if you have a steep angle. The hill used to be the bed of the Fort Railroad. I have a pic saved in my phone but texting it is the only way I can send that I know of.
i bring my ramps once i get my trailer unhooked i pull my ramps out and off load the cart then park the truck til we head home then pull the truck out reload cart then hook up trailer and homeward we go
