Golden Oak Outpost?

I know it's open 'seasonally', but I don't think I have ever seen this place open.. but those poutine (ish) fries looked awesome, and I've been drooling over them. They were not open last Wednesday, nor on 8/20.

Is there a schedule, or is it a daily/weekly decision whether or not to open?

I am hoping someone can post the schedule. I usually visit in early to mid December. I can only recall it being open once. I assume it is closed for the slower seasons and open during busier seasons. I was wanting to try the fries like the "Figaro Fries".
