Golden Mickey

Hey everyone,

I have been wondering for the longest time if the new show on the Disney Cruise line "Golden Mickey" is as good as they were saying it was going to be. I'm sure it's absolutely wonderful, but since I'm very much into the shows and entertainment I cant wait another month to find out how the show actually is.

Also, what are the newly renovated rooms like???

If anyone has been able to experience these changes, please post something so I can get ready!!!

I was so excited to see that there was going to be a new show on the cruise...and I wasn't disappointed at all. It was very nostalgic and top of the line Disney quality!

Sorry I didn't see any of the renovated rooms, but the GOLDEN MICKEYS is FABULOUS. It was the best of the shows "hands-down" in my opinion. I'd seen Hercules and Dreams before tho... You'll LOVE it. Bring a camera that you can use to take pictures without a flash! No video taping allowed tho.

Yes, Golden Mickey's is on the Wonder as well, in fact it started on the Wonder before it started on the Magic.

we loved the Golden Mickeys...
we just saw it on our 4 day wonder cruise...
we liked it much better than Disney Dreams..
however, i should add that on our last cruise, 2 years ago, we much preferred Hercules to Disney Dreams (and we still do)...

that's not to say that we don't like DD, just that we like the other two better...

but to answer your question, we were definitely not disappointed by the Golden Mickeys (also the comedian who performed on the 2 night was great, but i think that was a one time thing)...
