I think it was 10.95 or so... 2 bucks for a name if you want that. Hopefully they will still have them when you get there. I heard they are scaling back on the 50th stuff as of the 1st.

I thought I read in one of my guidebooks that the embroidering of the name was free at a certain shop

Names are put on for free. They are roughly $10 for the gold ones. The childrens sizes are a little less.

I didn't price them when I was at DL.... but I did at WDW... they charged for the names at WDW...

Adult ears are $11.50 plus tax, Child ears are $10.50 plus tax. Basic name stitching is free at any number of stores in DL and DCA, and I believe fancy stitching (for an extra charge) is available at one fo the stores in Downtown Disney.

I was just at DL on Sunday and I did notice that there seemed to be less 50th Anniversary items.

If they use the old style machines for writing it is free, if you go to the embrodery machines at DL (DCA might have one too, I'm not sure) they charge extra
