"Golden" autograph books.....

Has anyone purchased a "Golden" autograph book? Is it true that one page has a space for a picture to be inserted and the opposite page has a place for an autograph? How many pages are in the book? I thought I read somewhere that there are only about 20 pages. If so, that doesn't seem like enough for all the characters. Has anyone used these? Did you just use them for very favorite characters? There are always a lot of "B-list" characters my kids get autographs from that we could skip! How expensive are these? Thanks for answering all my questions! Kathy

Hi! I don't know how expensive but I just went and counted and there are 13 spaces for pictures and signatures.

Hi!
I counted fifteen photo sleeves. The first one is opposite the "This autograph book belongs to...." page. The others have a full page to the side for autographs. I was worried about not having enough room as well. We asked a few related characters to sign on the same page. There was plenty of room. I took the pictures and made collages of all the characters who signed on that page. The size of the photo sleeves are not quite 4 x 6. They are more like 4 x 5.25. The book is really nice.

I have always used the regular ones, but get the autographs on one side and attach the pic I take to the other when we got home.

My DSs told me they don't want to do autographs this year...
Maybe I will!

Hmmmmmm....Guess I'll ask my kids what they want to do. I've also seen a thread about people making their own books like these that look really great. 15 pages just doesn't seem like a lot. Guess we could always have "2" books...one for "special" autographs w/ the pictures and one for just autographs. Thanks for the info. At least now I know what I'm working with! Kathy
