Golden autograph books at WDW?

I was just talking with a friend today who went to DL afew weeks ago. Her daughter got a Golden autograph book that has one page for autographs and the page opposite has a place to slide a picture in. Do they sell these at WDW? I know alot of people do this sort of thing on their own but I had never seen an actual book like this for sale at WDW. Kathy

We have a pink princess one that we got outside of the princess breakfast at Norway (I'm sure they are all over.) My DD would love a gold one!

The golden autograph books are for the 50th celebration. We saw them during our trip in June. They werent at every gift shop though. We got my dd10 a regular one and had already used it when we saw the golden ones. I am sure if you ask they can tell you exactly where to find one.

My DD8 had her autograph book out the other day and was counting the signatures. She has 54 in one of the blue books that she has been using for the last 2 trips. I was thinking about getting her another book for the next trip since the HCOE will still be going on. This sounds like it would be perfect. Anyone know the price or have a picture? I was tempted to buy her a pair of the gold HCOE ears on e-bay but someone is selling them for $19.95 although he says they will be personalized.

Freiends of ours just got back on Monday and they got a golden one, it is awesome, it even come with a gold pen for autographs, I believe she said it was 12.95

We have both...the pink Princess one, and the gold Mickey and friends one that comes with the gold pen. Since we have always made up our own book with photos on one side and the autograph on the facing page, these were a godsend. About $12-13. And obviously larger than the old blue signature only ones. I did find that I had to cut down my photos so they would fit in the slot but I don't know if that will be an issue for everyone.
I think we got the gold Mickey one at BC shop, and the pink princess one at CR gift shop.

I got the gold ones at World of Disney store in DTD. They came with a gold pen. I also had to cut my pictures to fit in the slots. THey are really nice though.

Not many! But if you're trying to limit the number of times you stand in line, I guess it could be a good thing. We counted, I believe, space for 15 autographs and 15 photos.....photos on the left hand side, and autographs on the right. (*Might* have been 16, but I think it was 15.)

NOW, you can expand that a little if, say, you let 2 characters sign on each page....but then you have to either cut down their photos to both fit in the slot, OR be lucky enough to get them in one picture.... We were short one page so we made Chip and Dale sign on the same page, and we'll cut down those 2 photos to fit in one slot.

We filled one this past week as DS's "birthday trip" book. But with the lines as long as they were, I was kinda glad we stopped at 15. Last big trip we made our own fancy autograph scrapbook and came home with 63 signatures!!! I just couldn't have done 63 of those lines this past week!

About the pen....it is NOT a big one, but the characters didn't seem to have any trouble with it. It is a standard size gold Gel pen...

TinKim...$19.95 with personalization is not a bad price for the gold ears. We just got bak and bought some for $11.95 plus $6.00 to put a name on them.
