Just so that I understand, Luggage assistance will not give me a receipt when I leave it in storage?

Sorry, I'm a bit confused.... Could someone please explain to me how the next person claims it then?
 
Yes, you will need to ask for one! Lately they have been telling us that they do not give claim check for the fridges but if you persist they will give you one they you can go inside to the Check IN desk and ask for an envelope. You will then leave it for the next person with their name, date of arrival and Res #. You can also call the next person to give them the number incase it would get lost or as in the last person they cancelled without telling anyone.:goodvibes

I asked, I got a funny look, but I got a receipt!! Not sure how the last swap would have been handled without it. I dropped it off the night before so luggage services was kind of empty. I am sure if dropping off during a busy time it might be different.
