Gold crest coach trip

We only have a week til we travel to DLP with Gold Crest coaches and still don't have our travel documents - thanks to th 'wonderful weather' over the last week!


I have contacted both Gold Crest and Wallace Arnold (who we booked through on coachholidays.com) and have been assured this is the reason WA havent recieved them from GC and therefore we are still ticketless!


I have a few questions though:


Are any meals included?
What sort of time do you arrive on the sunday?


We were hoping this info would all be included and we could then make further plans but now we are starting to panic a little - well alot actually!!!!!!!


Any info greatly appreciated!

Where are you staying? I can't see any meals being included other than maybe breakfast....

Have you rang and asked them these questions? It sounds like the sort of thing they should be able to answer on the phone for you...

will probally ony be breakfast included

when we went by goldcrest in november , we arrived at our hotel (cheyenne) at approx 9.30pm

it was a long day as we got on the coach at 05.30am

That does sound like a long day! Our pick up is at 8am. I phoned Gold Crest yesterday to ask where our travel documents were and they just told me to ring Wallace Arnold - who said they still hadn't recieved them from Gold Crest! Was so concerned with that I forgot to ask anything else!!! So if they haven't arrived by monday I will be phoning again and will ask then.


We are staying at the Cheyenne.


I am REALLY looking forward to it now but will be much happier when everything arrives!

I have had several corresponces through both telephone conversation and email with both Wallace arnold and gold crest. Yesterday, WA still hadnt recieved our stuff from GC so GC are sending them direct to me. I asked if they could do this recorded delivery but they are sending it 1st class but have emailed me the coach ticket and told us not to panic if the other documents dont get here in time - i only need the coach ticket. I dont even know what the other documents are!!!


But at least its sorted now so we can relax and concentrate on counting down!

Our travel documents finally arrived today - 2 sets of them!!! One set from WA and another from Gold Crest! So much happier now - can concentrate on being more excited than a small chilld !!!!
