I can't remember if gratuity was included, but I know I tipped in cash. That was because he drove 5 kids and I figured that deserved some extra!

My price was $200, r/t LAX to Desert Inn and Suites. No tip was included.

I used them last September (1 adult, 3 kids). The service was great, so nice to have our driver waiting for us after a 14 hour flight. That was a straight transfer from LAX to PPH.

On the way back I organised with them to pick us up at PPH, take us to our hotel we'd booked for the day near LAX (our flight left late at night) - our driver then waited while we dropped our bags, then took us to Farmers Market, picked us up again after a few hours, and took us back to the hotel. All seamless drop offs/pickups and so much easier then navigating it myself.

Are we sure that the gratuity is included? It doesn't say anything about that. Yes, I realize it says 'flat rate, no hidden costs', but gratuities aren't exactly a hidden cost. And I don't want to overtip (if a tip has already been included) nor do I want to stiff the driver, if I 'thought' the tip had been paid, but wasn't.

I'm not sure if it has changed in the last year but this is what was in the quote they sent me last April:

Flat rate included driver gratuity, tax, parking, etc. (No Hidden Cost)

Holy smokes, though, $80 one way from SNA? I think I'm going Uber, sounds like you get similar service except pickup outside at the curb. Also I read they'll stop at the grocery store on request.

Yikes! I just checked their web site and it no longer says "gratuity included".

Yeah, that was my thought as well. It says no hidden fees but doesn't list them out. Looks like we'll be tipping. But...I plan on tipping each way...so $20 each way.

I messaged them on Facebook and they said that gratuities are included. They emphasized NO HIDDEN COSTS. :)

I just booked them last night because of this thread. $200 return trip from LAX with a grocery stop, which will save us time and money to do that later. The shared shuttle route was around 160 return and the large bus was 132 round trip. We are sharing the cost between 2 families so I think this will be a great way to go.

Based on these reviews, we are strongly considering using them. Is it $105 PER PERSON for a one-way trip to LAX or total? The rates on the website don't make this clear. Thanks!

its 105 TOTAL !!! if you do round trip from LAX to anahiem its $200 total !!

Booked them for this week based on the reviews here. The owner called me to confirm our flight info and any requests we might have (car seat, grocery stop, etc). One of the lowest prices I found for a car service. Flying from Philadelphia to LAX with a layover in Denver, we definitely didn't want to have to take even longer to get to our hotel by using a shared ride or bus!

just arrive back home yesterday -- we have used lansky for our past 5+ trip with our DS who is now 6!
as with all our trip this went well -- just a bit of confusion on where to meet our driver as in the past we have seen our driver (dainel) at the bottom of the escalator vs the baggage carousal (another driver).
we got our grocery stop, was dropped at PPH, was picked up at our hotel on time and arrive at the airport safe and sound!
much better option for us -- don't want to travel with car seat and don't like the DL express bus as it is such a long commute and we don't get to pick up our
groceries on the way!
recommend them 100%

We used them last month and my husband was like "we're only using them again." Our flight left an hour late so we arrived about 45 minutes late in LA. The driver was already waiting for us (even though he called/texted me like 4 times after we landed but before they let us off the plane so that was a little annoying). Even though we were like 45 minutes late they still stopped off at the grocery store for us which they say they don't do if your late. We also got their super fast - we expected an hour it was no where near that. Overall totally worth the money!

I decided to email them about the gratuity. Daniel said its 'all inclusive'. So, gratuity is included. I am beyond thrilled!!
