Going with family, but not sure how many members...

We are currently planning our Aug 2010 vacation, so far me, fiance and DD(5) are going, my aunt, uncle, and her 3 boys (8, 6, and 2). I am booking hopefully on Monday b/c I got the free dining pin, not sure when everyone else is, but anyways, I want to make our ressies on the 180th day out, but not sure how many will be going since my mom, dad, sis are undecided. I can make my ADRs on 2/17, any suggestions on what I can do? I want my family to come, but my mom is always so undecided, she may decide in june that she wants to come haha. I guess I am saying I want to make my ressies on the 180th day out, and that's it. I juggled reservations for 2 years and I just want to do it once, and that is it.

You need to go ahead and make the reservations for your entire party, including your parents and sister. If you show up at an ADR with 3 too few people, it's not that big of a deal, but it's a very big deal if you show up with 3 too many. Plus, if you try to "add" them on later, you probably won't get any availability at the popular places.
