going with Complete Orlando - question about obtaining villa key/code

Hi,
as I said we are travelling with Complete Orlando and I just wondered how others experiences were? How did they get their villa details once they were in Orlando? Was it all easy enough to find - did you have to go to a management company for keys/codes? What do you do at nightime/ out of hours ? We have chosen Lindfields area villa - have others got what they asked for? We have been before but we were given the wrong address etc ( different TA though!) and ended up phoning after 1 1/2 hours of wandering around Kissimmee Its ages since we have been -2005 - so much will have changed too!
Having said that I cannot wait the excitement is building

We booked a Villa at emeral island resort with complete Orlando last year. After picking up the car we drove to hotel beds on the 192 to collect our details. We opted to pay $30 for insurance rather than have a $500 security deposit as a hold on our credit card.

We were given an envelope with a 4digit code - drove to emerald island resort, collected our parking/entrance pass from their welcome house together with a pack of useful info - drove down the road our villa was in, pulled up outside, tapped the key code in , got our key and in we went!

Seriously not a single problem at all either with complete Orlando or hotelbeds who manage the whole allocation in Florida.
