Hey guys!

I'm going to universal and IOA tomorrow and wanted to know if anyone wanted me to find any information out while I'm there. HHN, WWOHP ques. etc. Comment and I'll do my best to get you an answer :-)

I had posted a silly request a while ago if someone could measure the test seat on FJ? It you had some kind of way to give us the full inside seat dimensions I'm sure many would appreciate it. Anyway, if you cant, no worries, I just thought I'd ask again. Have fun on your trip. ;)

:) I can just see the looks you will get when you pull out the measure tape to check the measurements of the seats.

I'd like to know what the queues are like for the rides in the rest of the parks (i.e. not HP!) Cheers!

Can you find out if you get the refills discount with the Butterbeer mug in other parts of the park, pretty please?

Lol Sure I can try to do that for ya! Hopefully there won't be many people waiting to try the seats but i'll crank out the tape measure and get some dimensions ;-)

If you check back here I'd like to know how bare the shelves in the gift shops are generally. If you go in any if you'd just glance around I'd be grateful. It sounds like they've run out of a lot of stuff.

More importantly, have a great time!

Wow, I can't wait to know the answers to all these questions! Thanks so much for your help!

As promised! :-) Here are the FJ seat measurements - (and yep the stares were flying when I whipped out a tape measure and began to measure the seats lol) - http://www.destinationthemepark.com...-and-the-forbidden-journey-seat-measurements/

Hope it helps!

When I stopped into Devrish around 9:45pm the gift shop shelves seemed to be full - wands galore but I overheard the employee saying something about running out of birthday wands? Haven't heard of these but maybe you know what that means. As for Honeydukes and Zonkos plenty of treats and pranks to go around!

Hope that helps! :-)

I found out that the souvenir Butterbeer mugs don't have discounts for any other drinks. It will be the normal price to purchase a Butterbeer with your souvenir cup - 2.99 for regular and 3.99 for frozen.

Hope that helps! :-)

The rest of the rides had pretty short wait times! Around 5:00pm the line for the Hulk was 15min, Storm Force 5min, Spiderman 30min and Jurassic Park 15min. Everyone was indulging in what the Wizarding world had to offer :-) Wait time for FJ was 60min, Flight of the Hippogirff was 30min and Dueling was about 15min I believe.

Hope that helps! :-)

How crowded was the Harry Potter area just to walk around and experience the shops?? We might be making a quick trip to Disney this weekend, so I might try and sell my DH on checking out HP. But I'm 25 weeks pregnant, so I won't be riding FJ for sure, and don't know if my husband would want to wait 60+ min to ride by himself (does it have a SR line??).

There's a SR line but they cut it off sometimes if its too full. Its right after the last exit from the lockers. I have waited almost 1 hr in the SR line before (120min standby wait time and I had to wait for the SR line to open) and 5 minutes (right at closing).

There's usually a line to get into Dervish and Bangs but its way less of a line than if you go through Olivanders. They both put you in the same shop but you don't get to see the wand show if you go through D+B.

The other shops are either walk in or will have a short line.

The best thing we have found is to go into the area later in the day. That way there's no line to get into the area.

If you like HP you should really go. The attention to detail in the themeing is incredible. Just walking around the area is so cool.

Not sure if you can go on it but your DH should also check out Spiderman. It has SR and its awesome.

It sure does! Thanks. :)
