Going to the farm tomorrow

DD's class are going to the farm tomorrow for there school trip. (she's in reception). I have volunteered to go and help out. 25 kids and a farm full of smelly animals....... what a way to spend my day off Lucy is so excited and she thinks its great that her mummy os going too. She has been telling me that we will go in the class room first and have the register taken, I have to yes Mrs McGuiness I even have to take a packed lunch in a plastic bag with a plastic bottle

Michelle, you will have a great time. I have been so lucky, cos when my girls went on any trips in Infant and Junior schools, I always volunteered and it was great to share in their fun. I hope you have a lovely day

No its called Stockley Farm in a place called Arley in Cheshire.

Well it was a freezing day for June but we had a brilliant time. It was so nice to spend some extra time with Lucy and to see her with all her friends. All the kids loved it and the people who run the farm were fantastic. We all got to feed the baby lambs and baby goats. We fed the Hens and got to hold some baby chicks. It was a lovely day...... did need a couple of paracetamol after the coach journey home
