....... making the waiting-rooms and the dental surgeries customer friendly must be difficult and costly, but does your dental surgery have any novel way of keeping their clients amused? I think that no matter what they do, people will still sit there wishing they were somewhere else and dreading their turn.
My son remarked that he'd love a flat screen TV inserted into the ceiling above the dentist's chair LOL! He doesn't ask for much
!!( Instead, there is a picture of the Mona Lisa - the type you have to really stare at before you see it).
The waiting-room has a TV with the sound turned down, 2 year old magazines, a kiddies corner and a glass cabinet stocked with healthy food for your teeth ( no, not real!!)
