Going to MNSSHP? EDIT - Quick meet?

We'll also be at F&W on the 4th for lunch. I'll be wearing my DIS lime green button.

Well...we don't really count as DVCers yet LOL! But we are going to MNSSHP on 10/31. Yikes "SOLD OUT" night. Anyway....we're hopefully going to be DVCers soon.

Can't wait to go to MNSSHP....never been in all our past trips. Something new and exciting for sure!!!

DH and I will be there on the 17th! Don't know where we're staying yet, just decided two days ago to go when AirTran came out with 49$ fares one-way, and all DVC resorts are booked. Put us on the waitlist, and also patiently waiting for AP rates to come out just in case waitlist doesn't come through. We're staying the 14th through the 18th.

For those of you that have gone before, is it worth the extra money? My husband is not sure if he wants to do it while were there on the 12th, but I think it will be a good photo op for our 1 year old. Let me know!

we're staying @ BWV & going to MNSSHP on 10/31. Haven't been in 3 years & really looking forward to it!

And for Jen24, I think it's definitely worth it...................even though we'll probably be fighting some crowds on the 31st!

We've been twice before, and we really enjoy it. I love seeing the castle change colors from orange to purple, ghosts floating about the castle, Main Street lit up in eerie green lights, pumpkins floating above the buildings, and the Haunted Mansion theme music piped throughout the park. Plus, it is thrilling to see the Headless Horseman charging down Main Street at the beginning of the parade. I'm not much of a parade person, but I really like the Halloween Parade, especially the dancing zombies! All this alone is worth the cost to me; I don't even care if I do any of the attractions, I just love walking though the park taking in the atmosphere. Oh yes, if you can get a reservation for dinner at LTT, the wait staff are dressed as zombies/ghouls, and the characters are in costume too. It's alot of fun!

We'll be there on the 26th! This will be our first time at the party, and we are looking forward to it very much.

We tried to get a PS at LTT, but it was booked. We ate there before MVMCP last year, and really enjoyed it.
