I'm sooo bummed, finally convinced dh to go in September, and alas, the unemployment bug has hit us I have until 8/8 to cancel, and am holding out in hope that we can still go, but my head tells me we cant

Oh no!! I'm so sorry. In these uncertain times, I guess we need to re-evaluate and change priorities. I do hope it all works out for you to go to WDW. But in the event that you do have to cancel, take heart. WDW will be there next year and the year after that. It's funny how the head and the heart work against each other. Sending you a hug . I am so sorry that you have to cancel. We were supposed to leave this Saturday, 7/18, but had to cancel because of serious illness in our family. I know illness not the same as the unemployment bug, but you will get through this. Hopefully, DH will find employment SOON!!! My mom is better and we have rebooked our trip for August (took out travel insurance this time).

I'm sorry you may have to cancel. I know what an awful feeling it is. We cancelled our September trip this year when DH got his third pay cut in as many years. Here's some that something comes up and you'll still be able to go.

I lost my job of 25 years last week. DH has been on a short work week for almost a year. I too had to cancel. Well there is always next year. Lets hope things are back on track by then!
