going to disney world sept 2-8 does the parks close

during the parties(pirates&princess). Even if you are a resort guest? I did not purchase tickets! Please help !

Yes, the park closes early on party nights and you can't participate in the activities if you don't have a party wrist band. We won't be there for Pirates and Princess' but we have our tickets for MNSSHP.

MK also closes on the 7th and 8th for Night Of Joy. Park closes at 6pm ( I believe) for people w/o tickets.

Yeah, we have 3 nights during our stay that MK is closed. (We are going to one the MNSSHP)

I actually know this one. I have no clue about half of the initials and when I ask no one ever answers. So I am since I know this one. lol

Can't wait to get there . I have already made all reservations for dining and show but since our girls are 15 & 12 I was not sure if they would want to attend the party. So I made reservations at 50's and planned the night at MGM. Since this is our first trip I am wondering if I should replan?

Our first trip also! We also made ADR's a long long time ago. I tried to change them last week and there was nothing avaliable. CM said wait until 2 weeks before you leave. People will start to cancel by then. Good luck and have fun!
