Going to Disney in 9 days....any tips?

Hi. We are going to disney in 9 days and are taking my wife, my parents, my two girls, and my oldest daughter's fiancee. Any tips that would be fun for everyone? Thanks

Alittle more background info--- have you been before, where are you staying???

well, my family has gone many times but the granparents havent gone in a long time and the fiancee hasn't been except for with track...we are staying at Old Key West.

My one big suggestion, if your family can do mornings, it is amazing what can be accomplished early in the first hour or so. This was true for us on both EMH mornings and regular opening times, especially in Fantasyland in MK, we were always there 20-30 minutes before the actual opening times. Evening hours didn't seem too much different, still lots of people.
