So a friend of a friend is sponsoring a bunch of us to go to Club 33 in December. Yay! We had a list of 14 people (originally just 4 but people overheard our plans and wanted to go too!) Well we gave the list to our sponsor but we need to make changes to the list. Our friend has been having trouble getting in contact with the sponsor so we don't know what the deal is. Are they going to check names or as long as there are 14 people in the group, we'll be ok?

If anyone can help me with this, I would appreciate it!

As long as a.) the person, whose name is on the reservation is there and b.) you have 14, you should be good.

Be advised, parties over 10 are a different situation for the member. I would try and get with the member, as there may be things that you need to know.

It would be fine. The reservation will be under one name. The rest of the names don't really matter.

From what I heard, you need 14 people since you have 14 people on your list. So if you have any extra spots, I'd love 2 ;)

All joking aside, congratulations on getting to experience what everyone on this board would love to experience. I hope you have a wonderful time!

Members might need/want you to sign something too. If anyone backs out, I think they need to know 24-48 hours before too!

Thank you, everyone! That's a relief to hear as we have some people who can't go, but we definitely have people to fill those spots lol.

I was under the impression the sponsor doesn't have to go with us. It would be awkward though since we really don't know this person. But I don't care because it's Club 33!

I'm so excited and the original 4 are going to Napa Rose the day before we go to Club 33 haha.

They don't check names of guests. They just confirm the Club member and the total number in the party.

You're gonna LOVE it!

No, not the sponsor. When you check in, you need the name the reservation was made under. For example, when my sponsors make our reservation, we puch the button, then the receptionist answers and asks for the name. I would respond "Malcon10t, party of 14." If there is no Malcon10t on the list, there is a problem.

A group as large as 14 *I expect you need to preorder your meals. If you have not done so I think you should get in touch with your sponsor.*

Enjoy

I have had a private group in the Trophy Room with over 20 people, and we did not need to pre-order our meals.

Yes it's a much nicer experience to be able to choose your meal on the spot, been lucky a few times myself but unless they expect a very slow day at the club it usually starts out with pre-ordering and a contract if you have over 10 guests.*

Not saying it doesn't happen just wanted to offer a warning.*
