Going to buy tickets. Are there refunds?

I am going to purchase 5-day tickets at Disney World for our upcoming vacation. If I have to cancel my trip before I use any of the days, can I get a refund? If not, will I be able to use those tickets on a future trip?

As long as they haven't been activated (used), you would be able to use the dollars paid towards a new ticket.
