Going to AKL Oct. 24th Concierge Level, room request?

Long story short, reservations I'm afraid really screwed up the actual type of room request so do I call the itinerary planning number or fax someone? I should ask for a room overlooking the Arusha Savannah away from the construction right? Near the elevators, since I'm in a wheelchair since I don't have a handicapped room presay? I have special accommodations made though. Should I put somewhere I really love Giraffes or are they everywhere? Thanks so much, I'm a first timer!

You should request the Arusha Savannah, Zebra Trail. The elevators are about halfway down the trail.

I'm pretty sure that all rooms are on this savannah/trail. They are on the 4th floor.
