Going to a Disney class tomorrow

Can't wait! Nicurn and I are driving up to Chessie's Disney scrap class tomorrow night. Should be alot of fun and I hope to get some new ideas. We'll report back.

hi guys, we had a great time! :>) (the drive was an adventure in the pouring rain, but we made it there and back in one piece). Made some really cute things for the scrapbook, loved the princess thing, that was my favourite. It was great to meet chessie in person! Can't wait to get back to the scrapbooks now with all the good ideas! (and yes we did "shop" afterwards, I got holiday eyelets so I'm happy, Pam got cool paper, so she's happy ) maggie

Wow!! My two favorite things combined...Scrapping and Dis'ers!! Sounds like you all had a great time!!

Spinning: we were near Sykesville (I think) It was pretty dark and as Maggie said, an adventure in driving. At one point we made ALOT of circles on some road.
Grover: we leave on Sat. Can't wait!!! My boys are getting so excited, but I think I'm even more so. See you there!
Chessie: class was great. Yes, my head is spinning with alot of new ideas and I can't wait to start my album when I get home. I really like the layering look and am going to try to bring that out more in my pages. I think my favorite were the last borders we made for Animal Kingdom. Whew! I don't think I've ever made so many things in so little time! What a great class!!!

I would love to see some of you page layouts. I am an avid scrapbooker and have 4 Disney trips yet to put in Scrapbooks and we are headed to the AKL in at the end of the month.

It was a really good group last night and It was especially great to meet Pammy jo and maggie. It was incredible that they drove an hour and a half in the pouring rain to an area they weren't familiar with to get to the class. The class is so much fun for me to put together. The concept of the class is using non licensed Disney scrapping supplies to make your Disney pages. We made 8 different page elements. I tried to come up with 2 for each park. I also try to get the class to think outside the licensed Disney box and think, I could use the karate dragon symbol for my Mulan page and maybe I could wrap some twine around a tag for Tom Sawyers Island.
Again I want to say it was great to meet Pammy jo and maggie and also thank them for venturing out last night.
