My friends just got back from WDW. They listened to the hour long Vacation club pitch, where they watched their kids in a fun kid room. And just for doing it.....

They got VIP fastpasses for everyone in their family! For two days, they could go to two rides in each park with fastpass (thats 8 fast pass rides a day), stick the card into the machine, and get fast passes for right then!

They walked up the peter pan at 7pm on Sat, when the fatspass machine was giving out passes for 10:30 pm, got passes for 7-8pm and walked right on!

Were they staying on-site or did were they approached in the parks?

They stayed off site. They found out about it while waiting to sit down at the sci-fi for lunch. But I'm sure if you approached any of the desks at the resorts, like OKW, WL, BC, or Boardwalk, you could ask about the deal.
