Going solo to a character meal... how do you get pics?

Is there a CM with each character to help with pictures?
or is it pretty silly to do since you're not going to be able to take pictures with them?

I don't think its silly at all. In fact, I have seen solo parties before at Goofy's and the Lilo and Stitch breakfast. Minnies as well for that matter. I would ask a waiter or other cm nearby or for that matter another guest at a nearby table. They don't usually circulate with the characters, there are always a few cm's who float around, making sure the characters are circulating and sort of keeping an eye on things. But they generally aren't next to the characters at the tables. But there will be plenty of other people around near you to snap a few photos!

Ariel's always has a CM with each princess, I think it's to help move things along and make sure that they get to all of the tables. But definitely ask a waiter or another guest if there is no CM. People are usually really nice about that.

I don't know how comfortable I am with asking neighbours but I will ask CMs if they pass by.

Oh and do they look at you funny when you eat by yourself? hehehe...

That's not neccessarily true. They weren't escorted when we were there a couple weeks ago.

However, when it came time for our pic with Snow White (the only one I wanted to be in) it was not difficult to find someone to take the picture for us. There are several CM's roaming around in there.
