Going paperless when POA or executor is not computer savvy?

I've been tossing around the idea of going paperless but I'm not sold yet. I want bills and statements to come to the house because the person who would be taking care of anything for me in the event I need that to happen is not a computer user at all.

I pay bills online but that person will have to write checks I'm guessing.
Also want to receive paper statements so they are aware of investments, other than the list I've organized.

Getting mail just seems to cover the bases.

Thoughts from anyone who has ever been POA or executor for someone else? Did you rely on receiving mail to know where they had money or what bills they had?

I'm pretty organized, and I'm making an effort to get everything in order right now. Organized for someone else to be able to step in quickly if they needed to.

Person is not old. Just works construction and also doesn't have a computer at home. Just not a computer person.

I would probably just keep getting the bills, and perhaps set up a good shred-then-recycle setup for when the bills aren't needed anymore.
