We just reserved a six night stay over Easter break at Bay Lake using our DVC points. I really didn’t want to go during this time because of the crowds, but I needed to use my points and schedule wise it fits. I’d like to hear from others that have gone at Easter to hear your thoughts. Right now our plan is to hit the parks early and have fast pass set up for evening time. We’ll had back to room around lunch and relax at pool. Thanks for any advice

We’re thinking about going during Easter also. I keep searching the boards on what to expect around that time. DS loves to sleep in and spend most of his time chilling at the resorts or the lounge anyway. Hard to decide.

Easter is busy but manageable. The week leading up was not bad but progressively gets worse.

I was there the week after Easter in 2017. It was busy but certainly manageable with a plan. I don't know if going before Easter or after Easter makes any difference in crowds.

Loved going this time! Busy, but parks stay open later and weather is fantastic so you get so much done. Just take off the afternoons and plan ADR and fast passes, you will be fine!

DizneyPilot...we are planning our trip for Spring Break too and hoping crowds will be manageable. One helpful hint I’ve received is to maybe use Uber/Lyft when leaving any of the parks in the evening if the wait for buses is long. I plan on doing this because we want to be at the parks early, before rope drop, to get as much done in the first few hours each day. I’ll keep checking your postings see what other suggestions you get.

We went at Easter this year and probably won’t do that again. Yes it’s managable with a plan to do the rides and places to eat. But what we found hard was just all the people when walking around. It was hard to get any where. Be patient and have a good plan.

Maybe rent a car and take your time enjoying Florida itself? There's so much stuff to do in the area that you could easily entertain yourself for a week without stepping foot in a park. I live in the area and I can easily list a ton of stuff to do in 6 days that won't be nearly as packed with tourists.

1. Daytona
2. Kennedy Space Center
3. Cocoa Beach
4. St Augustine
5. International Drive
6. Museums
7. Fun Spot
8. Tampa Bay/Clearwater/St Pete
9. Groupon Deals
10. Helicoptor Tours
11. Water Sports

We go every year during Easter break due to school schedule. I find it getting busier every year. We didn't get on many other rides other than what we had FP for. At one point 7DMT was over 2 hours. Be ready to make your FP choices when window opens. Be flexible. One minute a choice is there and in a blink of an eye, it's gone. Didn't help there were technical difficulties too. Good to have a plan, have realistic expectations and be flexible.
