I ordered a vacation planning video not more than 2 weeks ago and received it promptly. Also, under separate cover, I received park maps and hotel info.

Call 1-888-389-4783. The menu will give you a choice to order a vacation planning package. It really does set the mood! We're going for the first time and are looking forward to USF/IOA even more than Disney. Guess that's because we have 3 teens and love WILD rides! Have a great vacation!
