Going next week...PLEASE HELP!!

My family and I are taking the Disney adventure (3rd for me) next week. While I'm excited, I am fully aware of the crowds that await us. What should we expect in terms of the following:

How early do people really get there? We're getting to each park (MK and MGM) 30 minutes before opening with tickets in hand, but will we be one group of many that do that?

What about getting back in the park (MGM on July 4th) for fireworks and Fantasmic? Will it be possible?

Is it traditional rainy season in that part of Florida right now?

Where is guest relations in Downtown Disney?

Ok 30 minutes before EMH? or regular opening? If you are talking EMH 30 minutes early you should be good. MGM is probably a good bet for July 4th- but I don't believe their fireworks are anything July 4th special(I believe it is only EPCOT and MK) Also be aware that they shot off the exact same firework show on the 3rd at the MK. So check the schedule when you get there. That was a much less crowded day to see the show.
In general- you will get a late afternoon thunderstorm everyday. But last year we had not one drop of rain for the entire july4th week. So be prepared for about 30 minutes to an hour of rain a day.(One year we had terrible all day rain but that was once in about 12 trips during july)
And Guest relations in DTD is all the way to the far end of the marketplace- Someone else will tell you exactly where- but park as far over as you can-It is back across from the big Pin Trading area.
