Fort Wilderness does have campfires and shows a movie; I don't know for sure which nights. These are free and sometimes Chip and Dale appear for visits. Mind you, it has been a while since I did this with my boys - too old for it now. At night, it is fun to watch the Electric Water Parade on Bay Lake, which runs by the GF, Poly, Contemporary, Wilderness Lodge and Fort Wilderness. My boys always loved the huge video game room at the Contemporary. Going to Downtown Disney is fun to just walk around, or see a movie while there. There are usually entertainers at the Boardwalk, if it's not too cold. Speaking of weather, I have been several times in January, and it has never been warm enough to swim. Nights, if you are outdoors any, require a jacket. Maybe this year, it will surprise us and be warm!
