Going in November

We are going in November and staying at WL. Have booked a package through AAA, the Discovery Magic. Here is my tentative itinerary, any suggestions?
Day One Wed.- Epcot for Food and Wine Festival
Dinner- Polynesian Luau
Day Two Thurs.- MK morning, Epcot for rest of day PS at LeCellier and Le Chef's
Day Three Fri.- Relax at hotel, MGM (stay for Fantasmic), late dinner at Artist Point
Day Four Sat.-AK, the Downtown
Day Five Sun.- MK
