Doing one day at each park. That is all that time will allow due to other things planned that week. So we'll be doing Sunday and Monday at the parks and with a party of 5, we just couldn't afford the express pass option. That being said, and expecting lines, what would be your plan of attack? Have been to parks before, but not in 7 years. So WWoHP is new, and I'm sure Transformers will be open by then. We want to see as much as possible without wasting most of the day in line. Possible?

Mid-August is around the time when the crowds will start to slowly quiet down due to school starting. If you get to the parks early and plan to spend the entire day, you should be able to do everything you want. The hours for August aren't posted yet but depending on the day, the parks will start closing early. Check back to see what the hours will be for your dates.
