Going in May for first time!

Decided to do a girls trip with my DD for the Flower show now that they have added some food booths. We normally make a trip in the fall. Have a split stay at AKV and WVL., our first time staying at either one!

Was wondering how parks are first week of May? Tried to add a day to AKV, and had to wait list .. But I know DVC and busy times not always the same

Spring break is over, summer hasn't begun. Crowds in parks should be low to moderate. May have some international guests but it should be a fantastic week. Enjoy the "Flower and Garden" at Epcot.

We will see you there. We will be in a GV at OKW 5/5 to 5/11 then some of the group goes home and we transfer to Studio at AKV for some much needed R & R!!!!!

Absolutely agree. Its a nice time to visit. We visit early May every year. The Flower and Garden show is an extra perk to May.

The weather will be nice and the Garden show is great as to crowds, there does not seem to be a down time anymore.

They have had record crowds for Jan and Feb and with the mine train opening soon, it could be more crowded than usual.

We always go early May and love it! We'll be there May 2-10 so may see you :good vibes We'll be at VWL, too! The weather is lovely and crowds are manageable. I just returned from a 6 day stay and was very surprised at the number of people in the parks - so crowded! You'll have a nice time. Make memories!

I've been going for my birthday 5/6 since 2006. It can be very hot. Last year the weather was perfect! Crowds are very manageable but the parks aren't crowd free. Flower Fest is beautiful.

I'll be at Pop-using all my points at BLT this summer with my family. I thought about upgrading to VWL but as much as I want to try it I think I'll stick with Pop. We loved AKV last summer.
