going in may 2003~ when should i look at airfare?

that pretty much sums it up. i am going to disney in may 2003 and would like to know when i should start looking at airfare.
i was looking around today and delta has airfare for $179 roundtrip out of newark. i tried to look at jetblue but they only book up to 8 months in advance. anyway any advice is welcome! thank you.

Going in June, and already checking! One of the families that is vacationing with us already has their tickets (found $177 R/T Phoenix to MCO). I waited a day too late to get that price! Oh well, start looking now and jump on a great deal!!!! Happy planning!!!!

If you find a price of $200 or less, with good flight times,direct flights, I would book it as fast as possible!!!!!

By this time last year, I had our airfare booked two weeks already for a July trip.

When you find a good price, with the times and dates you want, just book it. I'm looking at our dates for July, and getting ready to purchase soon.
