Going in June. When do I book ADRs?! Help!

Hi all! We will be going to WDW in June for 10 days! 10 DAYS! We are soooo excited! I have a few questions about the dining plan.... Our 1st day at WDW is June 18th. I'm confused as to when I can start making ADRs. I keep reading about 180+10 days before my trip and 180 days before my trip. Which one is correct? I used a trip calculator and it said that I should make my ADRs on December 20th, but I'm just not sure.... Please help!

Also, does the dining plan kick in the 1st day that you're in WDW?

If you are staying at a WDW resort, then you can make your reservations 180 days from your check in date and can make reservations for all 10 days of your trip (hence the 180 + 10). I believe the dining plan credits start on the day of your check-in. They are tied to the number of nights you are staying.

You can make your ADRs for your entire trip starting on December 21 according to this ADR calculator. You'll be able to make all 10 days' worth of ADRs on the first day, it will ask you for your resort confirmation number to do so.

As for the dining plan, it goes by the number of nights on your reservation. So if you're on the regular dining plan and you're staying nine nights, you'll have 9 TS credits and 9 CS credits per person. All the credits will be loaded on your Key to the World card when you check in.
